Correlation Spectroscopy Workshop

The aim of this workshop is an in-depth introduction to fluorescence fluctuations correlation spectroscopy with point acquisitions such as FCS, line scan sampling such as in Pair Correlation and many modalities of Image Correlation Spectroscopy (I(C)CS, RI(C)CS, klCS, and STI(C)CS). The program includes lectures about the principles of correlation approaches, practical sessions and research talks showcasing applications in the Life Sciences.

Practical sessions
Data acquisition across multiple platforms (Zeiss 880 MP, Picoquant MT200, Zeiss 780, Zeiss Elyra PS1, Zeiss AxioObserver TIRF, Nikon N-STORM and Leica SP8) as well as extensive data analysis using sim FCS, Matlab and Zen.
